  Karen was rude and lies. Filled out application and told the staff what cat I wanted and was told we would hear in a few days. First excuse current cat not up to date on vaccine. When a asked what vaccine Karen said all of them the vet recommends. My vet recommended rabies only. Karen went off no they need all vaccines. Again I asked for what they mean by all so I can get my cats vaccinated again she could not give me the list and Karen got snippy and started she would check with THEIR vet and get back to me then HUNG UP THE PHONE. Karen call back.....second excuse the cat behaviorist that use now recommends that the cat we are looking at being adopted with another cat he was bonded with. I told Karen fine we could offer his mate a home too. Karen said well you can't because I put more than four cats in one household you cannot adopt the cat you want peroid.
